Playing with black nail polish and Konad m60

Hello Friends,

It has been a while since I tried rocking black nail polish so after much 'umm-ing' and 'hmm-ing' one night, I decided to put a couple of coats of black polish on and see whether I would reach for the nail polish remover afterwards.

Much to my surprise - I wanted MORE for my nails. Instead of reaching for the nail polish remover, I reached for my Konad m60 plate and decided to do a contrasting white effect as per the picture.

For this look I used the following:
Base Coat - China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat
Colour (pre-Konad) - Black polish named 'Nero' purchased quite a while ago (cannot remember name of store, sorry!)
Top Coat - Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti Chip Top Coat *
Konad - White Konad Polish

* I am a fan of Sally Hansen Insta-Dri as it really does dry instantly and allows me to play with Konad plates almost straight away!

If you are looking for a black nail polish, it is available here. China Glaze has a colour called Liquid Leather which is just a pure black. Hurry while stocks last!

Feel free to provide comments on this look or try this look for yourselves!

Until next time!
